-Return Policy -
If anything happens with your order (such as damages), please send an email to crypticcharm@yahoo.com with a picture of the damaged product if possible. The artist will personally get in touch with you to fulfill your request, whether it be a replacement or a refund. Expect a very quick reply, no artist wants an unhappy customer!
To be eligible for a complete refund, the item must be returned to the address within 30 days of purchase. The address and shipping label will be provided to you after email contact. After 30 days, you will no longer be able to return or exchange any item.
-Shipping Policy -
Please allow 3 days for processing as most products are made to order. Items will be delivered to you within 5-7 business days, excluding processing time. Everything is shipped using the USPS carrier system. A tracking number will be provided as soon as the item has shipped.
Paintings will be shipped with the utmost care and consideration. Wrapped in layered bubble wrap and cardboard for protection upon shipping. Dreamcatchers are shipped just the same, including twist ties to secure it inside the box, preventing most shenanigans during the delivery process. The handmade items are shipped only by the artist. She cares about them as much as you do and will do everything she can to make sure that her art gets safely to you!
If ordering on a holiday or a weekend, please allow additional time due to high demand. Cryptic Charm operates on a M-F basis, but will respond to any questions or concerns on weekends and holidays when necessary.

Q: Are you currently accepting custom orders?
A: Not at this time but possibly in the future.
Q: Are you interested in NFTs?
A: Not at this time.
Q: Are you selling at a brick and morter store?
A: Currently only doing art shows and fairs.
Q: Are you selling internationally?
A: Yes
Q: What is your printing quality?
A: Cryptic Charm uses the highest level of color gamut available in printing (12 color printing). Giclee prints with archival pigmented inks. The papers and inks are not only archival but use some of the most accurate print technology for full color prints.
Q: What medium do you work with?
A: Mostly Acrylic.
Q: How do you print your products?
A: Cryptic Charm chose to use a 3rd party company called Printify, as it is located right here in the United States, and all products are produced in the US as well. Such as coasters, puzzles, metal prints, etc. I design and paint everything myself, then Printify does the industrial printing side of things. A dropship method is then used to get the item to its home as soon as possible.
